Monrovia, Liberia.- Environmental Protection Agency of Liberia and the Environment Protection Agency of Sierra Leone today signed a milestone Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Belém, Brazil, on the margins of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 30).
