This report summarizes lessons that emerged from the Network’s first Targeted Topics Forum on securing high-level political support for adaptation planning, and integration of National Adaptation Plan (NAP) processes into key sectors affected by climate change.
Developed by the Least Developed Countries Experts Group (LEG) at the request of the COP, the Technical guidelines for the national adaptation plan process provide comprehensive guidance on the NAP process and each of its elements.
For the first time the OECD Development Assitance Committee (OECD DAC) presents integrated statistics for 2013 reconciling bilateral and multilateral finance to provide near complete coverage of external climate-related development finance flows (i.e. official/public finance).
NAP Align is an analysis tool designed to help countries align their national adaptation plan (NAP) processes with their overall national development goals.
