“The National Committee on Climate Change is responsible for the overall direction of public policy on climate change. It is chaired by the Prime Minister. It is a platform bringing together ministries, higher education institutions, international partners, representatives of environmental organizations and other civil society institutions, and thematic groups on climate change.” (Government of Haiti, 2022, article 6).
